Cancellation Policy

PR Advice Session Booking Policy PR Advice Sessions are 60 minutes and cost £75, payable in full when booking . Rescheduling and cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are non refundable. Late arrival If you join late, the session will still finish at the original booked time. This is to avoid affecting other appointments. What the session covers: Your booking is for advice and guidance during the 60 minute session. It does not include follow up work, written strategies, press releases, media handling, social media management or other PR delivery unless separately agreed. Before your session: You can tell us what you’d like to discuss when you book. This is optional, but it helps us make the best use of the hour. Confidentiality: Anything you share about your organisation, project or communications issue will be treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law. Changing a session by Medi PR: In the unlikely event that Medi PR needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you will be offered another date or a full refund. Please note: Advice is based on the information available at the time of the session. Medi PR cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including media coverage, audience growth or the response of journalists, platforms or third parties.
